Health is movement reclaiming its stage.

Clinical Osteopathy & the Art of Bodily Equilibrium

A practice built on the conviction that the body is an integrated unit — where structure, movement, and expression are deeply, inseparably linked.

“The body never lies. Every gesture tells a story, every tension holds a memory — my work is to listen to what the structure communicates in silence.”
Panagiotis Christakos, D.O.

The Approach
Restoring structure. Releasing movement.
Reclaiming balance.
Three integrated clinical pillars, each addressing a dimension of your wellbeing.
Structural & Visceral Osteopathy
The mechanics of motion

Precise manual techniques that remove structural obstacles, restore joint and organ mobility, and reactivate the body's innate capacity for self-regulation.

Clinical Posturology
Alignment in space

Analysing how the body relates to gravity through its sensory receptors — feet, eyes, jaw — to trace and correct the root causes of chronic compensatory strain.

Somato-Emotional Osteopathy
The memory of the tissue

Addressing the deep link between emotional history and physical structure — releasing the tensions that stress and experience leave locked within the tissue.

The Body & The Stage
Where clinical science meets the performing arts.

Parallel to my clinical career, I have worked as an international actor and performer — at the Comédie de Genève, the Greek National Opera, and beyond.

Theatre taught me to observe the body not as isolated parts, but as a living, expressive presence. I bring that sensitivity into the clinic every day.
